Why Lake County Residents Choose Almond Firewood
Lake County's mild summers and cool, damp winters make firewood a seasonal staple for residents throughout the region. Almond wood burns hotter and cleaner than most locally available firewood options — producing consistent heat, minimal smoke, and a pleasant mild aroma that's ideal for both indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits along the Clear Lake shoreline.
In Lakeport and Clearlake, where lakeside living and outdoor entertaining go hand in hand, almond firewood is a natural fit for fire pit evenings by the water. Kelseyville and Middletown residents — at the heart of Lake County's growing wine country — appreciate almond wood for wood-fired cooking, pizza ovens, and patio gatherings. And in Clearlake Oaks and Lower Lake, where rural properties and larger lots are common, customers stock up with a full 2-cord delivery to last the season.
Burn Regulations in Lake County
